Huge Victory! Senate Passes Russian Sanctions Act. Next Stop: The House
We have massive news. Yesterday, the Senate officially advanced the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia Act of 2026 with an overwhelming 86-12 bipartisan majority!
The bill is passed in the Senate. Now it needs your support in the House.

By advancing this package, the Senate has taken a definitive stand to squeeze Vladimir Putin’s war machine. This legislation mandates crippling sanctions on Russian military and financial institutions, while imposing a 100% tariff on the top buyers of Russian oil and natural gas to cut off their primary revenue stream.
While we celebrate this 86-vote supermajority, we must also note those who stood in the way of global security. The 12 Senators who voted "Nay" against advancing these critical sanctions are:

The Battle Moves to the House
The legislation now heads to the House of Representatives, where the vote is looking extremely tight.
To get this bill across the finish line, we urgently need more House Democrats to sign on. Right now, the major sticking point for many Democratic offices is the specific language granting the President broad tariff powers to enforce the energy restrictions.
We are actively working on Capitol Hill to demonstrate that these tariff powers are a necessary, targeted mechanism to permanently dismantle Russia's shadow fleet and energy revenue.
Furthermore, because the House vote is expected to be extremely tight, original sponsor of the House version of the bill, Rep. Michael McCaul, has amended the bill to officially include Iran Sanctions, amending it’s title to the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act of 2026.
But we cannot pass it without your voice. We need to show wavering House members that their constituents demand action, not procedural hesitation.
