Strengthening the U.S.–Ukraine Partnership
The Congressional Ukraine Caucus is a bipartisan group in the United States Congress dedicated to advancing the U.S.–Ukraine relationship and supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty, democracy, and security.
Founded to ensure lasting American support for an independent and democratic Ukraine, the Caucus works across party lines to promote peace, stability, and U.S. leadership in Europe. Its members advocate for policies that strengthen the U.S.–Ukraine partnership, enhance security cooperation, and provide humanitarian assistance to the Ukrainian people.
Senate Ukraine Caucus
The Senate Ukraine Caucus (SUC) was launched on February 9, 2015 by Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Dick Durbin (D-IL) to strengthen the political, military, economic, and cultural ties between the United States and Ukraine.
Since its founding, the bipartisan Caucus has played a key role in ensuring sustained U.S. support for Ukraine, particularly in the face of ongoing Russian aggression. Its members work to promote Ukraine’s sovereignty, democratic development, and closer transatlantic cooperation.
